How do I receive the software?
Once we receive your successful payment we will send the software by email in zip format or send you a download URL.

Do you offer a free installation?
Installation is very easy though if you are having problems then we offer a free installation.

What are the server requirements?
LinksPro is written in ASP and runs on a Windows server with IIS 4 or above.

What database systems does the product support?
Microsoft Access 2000+, SQL Server 7, SQL Server 2000/2005 or SQL Server Express 2005.

What email components does the product require?
Either CDONTS, CDO, ASPMail (Can be modified to support other components upon request).

Does LinksPro run on a Unix Server?
No.

Will LinksPro work on a Linux Server?
No.

How can the design of LinksPro be modified? Is there a template file?
LinksPro is very versatile. As well as being able to modify the banner, stylesheet and colors in admin you can also edit the source files. If you have a grasp of ASP and HTML it should be straightforward. The main files used throughout the site are 'link_cell.asp', 'index-top.asp', 'index-bottom.asp' and 'navbar.asp'.

Do you offer a refund?
No we do not offer a refund due to the nature of the product and it's delivery by email. Offering a refund has been abused in the past.
