Client Overview

Our client is a small solicitor firm with over 20 years of combined experience in areas including Family Law, Conveyancing, Criminal Law, and Personal Injury. Despite being a small team, they offer a wide range of legal services to individuals, families and commercial clients.

The Brief

The client approached us to help increase leads through their website. They wanted clearer, more comprehensive content that reflected the full range of legal services they offer. In particular, they were keen to strengthen their presence in areas such as conveyancing, medical negligence, and criminal law.

The Strategy – What Did We Do?

Found Content Gaps

We started by reviewing the site and identifying key service pages the client wanted to improve. We also carried out keyword research and competitor analysis to spot missing service pages and find out what local people were actually searching for.

Created a Calendar

Together with the client, we agreed on a list of updates and new pages based on the type of work they wanted more of. We then created a 12-month content calendar to map out what would be tackled each month.

Improved Key Service Pages

We rewrote and optimised several key service pages to make them more useful for users and better targeted for search.

Added New Service Pages

To grow the site in a balanced way, we introduced new pages across criminal law, conveyancing and medical negligence. This included content on areas like land and commercial conveyancing, birth injuries, and driving offences.

The Results – What did we achieve?

Over 12 months, we worked on 24 service pages – updating 5 existing ones and creating 19 new pages. The project is still ongoing, as the client sees the value in our strong results.

Year-over-Year:

  • The website more than doubled in size, growing from 18 to 37 pages (an increase of 105.5%).
  • We achieved position 1 to 3 rankings for valuable keywords, and AI Overviews.
  • Organic traffic to service pages is up 212% year on year.
  • Organic leads have increased by 350%, including contact form submissions, phone calls, and email enquiries.
